If you damage your item within 60 days of purchase you can send it back to be fixed free of charge (other than the cost to send it back to us).

All deliveries to the UK are sent Royal Mail 2nd class.

Deliveries to countries outside the UK are sent special delivery tracked.

REFUNDS

REO items are bespoke and made to order so we do not offer refunds. However we do a mending service for damaged items.
